Breech of contract????

CA. I am a Ca National Guardsmen, who is prior service. I am an 11B who joined as a garunteed 19K(tanker). I have been in almost a year and a half and still have yet to go to MOS school. Can they deploy me as an different MOS or as a 11B(my current MOS)? What the hell is the purpose of the contract if so?
