bro needs assistance

What is the name of your state? ca.
my brother went to boot camp summer06. and then he came back to finish his senior yr of high school.graduated in jun 07 left to military in late 07.They sent him to iraq dec. 07.returned 4-21-08. and now says he will not go back. He's scheduled to return 5-10-08.hes depressed just the thought of returning will make him cry.my brother has been diagnosed as having add since 3rd gr. hes been put on medication in his teens. can somebody give me advice on what to do he says he will not return to military. some body please let me know what to do where to start?
