Child support & visits

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Puerto Rico...
My daughters' father is an ARMY reservist, now he is on military active duty (since Sept. 2007, as a Drill Sgt). He hasn't paid child support since May 2008. What actions can be made to made him pay the total amount he ows in child support.
Since, Sept. 2007 he hasn't communicate with his daughter. I don't know where to reach him. What can be done?

To find the military mailing address of an someone on active duty with the army:

Commander
U.S. Army Enlisted Records & Evaluation Center
ATTN: Locator
8899 East 56th Street
Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN 46249-5301
1-866-771-6357

Generally, in order to have wages garnished you will need to get a court order, then contact the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS). See:
