The situation: a Spc., 5.5 years in the army, looking at a chapter for 14-12b, pattern of misconduct, for 3 counts of being late, 4 counts of disrespect (2 of which were for smirking),
The question: What is the mandated completion time from commanders letter of intent to Chapter? Restated, what are the time lines that the Army has to complete an administrative seperation in?
