What is the name of your state? Ohio

My husband is a retired Naval oficer and recieves a pension. He is 65 and I just found out he has been having an affair with a married woman of 48 with 2 children. This womans husband is obviously furrious and is threatening to take all remidies to seek justice. My concern is that this indiscrection could cost my husband his military pension. Should this worry me?

Nope. The military can't do a darn thing to him now. If you plan a divorce, however, get a good attorney to make sure you get the portion of the pension that should be coming to you.
