I had a court martial a few years ago...In fact I already forgot what kind it was... LArceny I believe was the formal charge, I think. Anyway, I did 75 days in confinement, but out in 60 for good behavior. What kind of court martial was that and would it be the equivalent to a misdemeanor charge and sentence in the outside world? |
