Daughter to get a BCD

What is the name of your state? For two false statments and one count of perjury, my daughter is being advised to plead quilty. This hopefully, will reduce time served to <7months and a BCD.

How will she be able to recoup and become gainfully employed?
When and how can she petition to get this off her record?
What should she be doing to try to prove she is a good, contributing member to society?
Will any other branch of service even look at her?
Are there any support groups that help these people in this type of problem?

She has many good qualities. Obviously, telling the truth is not one of them.
