debt during military deployment

i am currently in the U.S. marine corps. while deployed my car was towed . i tried contacting the company who towed it and nobody would help. they kept taking messages and said the manager would call me back and no one ever did. a few months later they send their first and only notification letter saying that my car was auctioned off and i had an outstanding payment due and they were going to send it to collections after 30 days what can i do?

My best and only advice that I can give you is to talk to a JAG Officer. The situation that you are desribing falls under the Soldiers and Sailors act. Check it out. I hope this helps.
