What is the name of your state? NV

I have not shown up to drill since November of 2004 and have been put in deserter status. I am in the Marine Corps Reserve and I was wondering if there was any way that I could continue my contract without being discharged. I regret leaving in the first place and want to go back, but without going to jail. Is this possible?

Listen Devildog, go in and face the music. Plead your case and see what happens. It is better for you to turn yourself in then if the police catch you. Call base legal at a base close to you and let them know that you want to come in.

Good luck
