Discharge Papers

I left from PCF on September 19th 2008 and was told that i would receive my dd214 in the mail within 60 days and that would've been in November, Mid November and i have yet to receive them. I got an LES stating the amount of money i was owed and the amount they were deducting in mid november but nothing else. i would just like to know from anyone who has been to a pcf specifically ft. knox pcf when did you get your discharge papers?
