Discharge for UP

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

I have a two-fold question.
1.What are common experiences for people who were in the army reserves, and missed enough activity to be chaptered, sent to irr etc? What happened to you?

2.WHAT SHOULD I DO? I don't trust my command, and I know my 1st line leaders can only push so hard. I haven't been to drill in months, and I missed AT, all of this due to mental health problems I cant always afford to treat. I have huge financial problems in regular life. I have seen what happens to people who try and have problems addressed, its not pretty. Im scared, and lost. I don't want to go to prison, and if they activate me, Im afraid I will snap.
I have enough reasons to be discharged to fill a book. Finance, physical fitness failure, mental health issues...I just wanted to better myself, and I cant handle it. I am having some of the same feelings of helplessness and having nowhere to turn that happened when I first got in.

Please help, all input is appreciated.

UPDATE: After a consult with a paralegal, I was told its possible I may NEVER be dropped from my unit. Thats a scary thing to me. Has that ever happened to anyone?
