Dishonorable discharge From army can you rejoin Diffrent branch?

What is the name of your state? MICHIGAN

I was discharged from the Army about 2 years ago. For Rape. But what happened was that me and her went out to a holloween party, both got drunk, and we had sex. The funny thing was she was making all the moves, and hell im drunk to and who doesnt like sex? anywayz. after i was done, i went back up to my baraks room and fell asleep, next morning i was arrested. Long story short, she said i had raped her but i was pleading it was mutual. They said that she was under the influence andn wasnt in the right state of mind.

I asked to see my lawyer, but never was appointed one. In less than a week, i was discharged and living the civilian life. Now my MAIN question is...

Can i rejoin the Military, even if its not the army branch? Under a dishonorable discharge? and is it possible that i can STILL fight my case 2 years later? I highly doubt the military will wanna touch me after that, but it would be nice to hear a proffesionals opinion. What is the name of your state?

[Hexx83] first of all, "I have never heard of anyone getting a dishonorable discharge without a "Court-martial; second it is very hard to believe that you were not offered the right to counsel. This is a Constitutional right in any trial. You said you were arrested---by who? And then you say your pleading was mutual! Who did you make this plea to? And lastly, "are you still drunk?" If so, when you sober-up and get your ducks in order with more clear and concise information, then maybe one of us may or may not be able to help you; and if we can not, then at least one or more of us may be able to make suggestions as to who can. From what you posted, a sound answer can not be given as to can you fight for a better discharge; and can you enlist in another service! Though to the latter, the answer flat out NO you can not re-enlist with what you have presently.
Shorty Out!

What Shorty said.

Was this a court martial?

If so, what was the verdict?

If not, did they administratively discharge you? Other than honorable?

Your facts, as stated, make no sense to me.
