drug use and cheating

What is the name of your state? WA

My ex used drugs before joining the and cheated when she was in. I have proof of both. Now she is out and I need "leverage." Are there any options?
With the proof can I make the millitary go after "justice?" What could the penalties be? Change the discharge, or benifits. Make her have to repay education benifits?

Sometimes karma could use a little help.

The military cares about behavior of its soldiers. Former soldiers are not going to get much interest from them.

If she committed crimes while you were married you were probably an accessory. Watch out, Karma swings both ways.
