DUI in the Army ReserveWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO I am a member of the Army Reserve and I was arrested for a DUI the past weekend. I am wondering what type of repercussions/punishment I will face from the Army Reserve for this stupid mistake. I have not yet informed my command of the DUI, though I intend to do so tomorrow. I was not on duty at the time this occurred. |

Are you on active duty?

No, I am not on active duty. I finished a mobilization in January, but I am now back into a drilling status.

What will happen is all up to your Command. Keep yourself polished and sharp.

What kind of punishment could I expect from my command? I'm a one of the senior enlisted members of my Company and have had a stellar career to date. This would be the first blemish of any kind and, to be honest, I am freaking out that I will be separated with a other than honorable discharge.
