family care packet- help

What is the name of your state?MN
I recently was counseled on my family care packet and I figured that the person that would take care of my child was the child's father. Now he is saying that he won't do it and he won't sign the papers. What should I do? There is no one else that would be able to take care of my child and I heard that you can get in trouble if you don't complete the packet. What kind of trouble would I get in? I can't find anyone to take care of my baby

Trouble? Only if you fail to complete the packet with no valid reasoning.

If you honestly can't find anyone to take custody... You will be given a discharge for hardship, with an RE code of 3. If you ever want to return to the service, you have to prove that the hardship has been overcome and will not be of further issue; i.e. get married.
