Question

Felon being allowed back for active duty?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
I had a friend of mine, who got arrested while on base at Ft.Hood,TX. and he got arrested & charged with 2 counts of Agg.Sexual Assult of a child under the age of 14. He spent 3 months in jal. And last week, the Grand Jury gave him a "No Bill", and he was realeased. BUT, the charges are still pending, and he has a court date, later on this month. My question is, can a active Army personal be allowed back in the active Army?

sounds like grounds for separation. then again, the army is very lax and give people tons of chances.
