His last known address with the military is my address. He is curently staying here. When the mps come looking for him and find him here, will there be any legal actions (harboring a fugitive)toward my family and I? I am also currently trying to join the coast guard and I am afraid that this situation might affect that. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |

| First, nobody is going to come looking for him. Second, on the books, the above link is self evident. Alas, a simple "I had no idea" will be more than sufficient, in the hypothetical and highly improbable scenario in which you were confronted by any military personnel regarding this issue. In short, you're fine. Last edited by andrew anderson; 05-02-2009 at 11:23 AM. |
