| Respectfully, after reviewing your "public profile" I find that you are 71 years of age; and if you have lost or was never issued a DD 214, then I suggest you contact the Headquarters of the branch of our Armed Forces your were in in Washington, D.C. |

| You will have to submit a SF 180 to National Archives. It will take about 6 months to get the info. However there was a devastating fire there in 1973 that destroyed significant numbers of files. Here is the National Archives site: [url]http://www.archives.gov/st-louis/[/url]
