How long can command wait to send you to NJP?

What is the name of your state? VA

How long can they drag this stuff on? It is going on eight weeks now. I was wondering if there is a legal answer to this question?

more info

could you specify more details perhaps?

like charges, what you did, what the command has done so far. Are they waiting on the MP's to get paperwork back to them? etc etc. Your question is vauge. more info is needed in order to give you decent, applicable advice. I had an issue that went unresolved for about 4 months, all the while I was restricted. But I won't get into that until you offer more information.
