I am about to engage my woman and have questions

What is the name of your state? Virginia

She has a conviction and is on a 18 month probation term. She has completed nearly half of this probation.

I want to know if we got married would it help her ?
Would she be able to get a job ?
Would her conviction put road blocks on my career ?
Would her problems keep me from getting military benefits such as BAH ?

Maybe -- insofar as you providing for her and bringing in an income to support her. It would not likely help her out of any requirements of her probation, and her probation may prevent you from doing a lot of things (if you want to do them with her, like leaving the state on a vacation, etc.). In terms of her probation/sentence, there is likely to be no affect on that.

Would she be able to get a job ? Sure, to the same extent any convicted felon can get a job -- if she can find someone to hire her with her record.

Would her conviction put road blocks on my career ? Probably not, but anything is possible. If you are in a MOS/AFSC/etc, that requires a security clearance, there may be issues with that -- because you live with/
and are married to, a convicted felon. That could put a screeching halt on your career also. Otherwise, the chances of someone else finding out is pretty slim. Then again, military wives are catty, and if someone else's wife found out, and shunned her/you because of it, well who knows what the result would be.

Would her problems keep me from getting military benefits such as BAH ?
No, BAH and dependent care is not affected by a spouse's civilian conviction.
