Can I join the National Guard if I have an expired restraining order that was based upon some false statements on the affidavit?
The judge didn't accept my evidence against the false statements.
The plaintiff's answers in court were vague and inaccurate.
The plaintiff didn't address the judge properly.
The witness to my defense wasn't even allowed in the court room.
It didn't become a criminal change because I didn't violate the restraining order.

Have you spoken to a recruiter?

You can apply for a waiver; but, times are getting tough for service members. You may have a hard time. Talking to a recruiter is your best first step.
