What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama
I've been UA for 130 days from the Navy and I'm wondering if anyone has any idea of the procedures they take on UA sailors. I was still in A-School when I went UA. Will I be sent to a processing unit or back to my a-school? If I'm sent to the processing unit what are my chances of a discharge? How much time would I spend there? Any useful information would be appreciated. Prior experience would be awesome.

You can return to be processed out at the base you left and you will undoubtedly be discharged. The length of time it takes for your processing will vary with the punishment you receive.

Thanks for the reply any more info? I can't really afford to go back to Chicago atm. I can turn myself into any military base right even if it's Army?

I'm sure you can or you can call your previous command. Time to be a man and own up to your responsibilities.

Okay, thanks again for the replies. I plan on turning myself in after the 25th. Not much I can do with a warrant out for me.
