inquiry for adulterymaryland - Reservist called with Adultery charges - I am a traditional reservist and am friends with an individual who I have met online, I have never met this person nor been in the same state to my knowledge, we have been friends online and have spoken. Again i have never met this individual, I recieved a call Friday telling me that there is a commanders investigation into adultery. this is simply ridiculous and baseless since i have never even met this person. I am single and they are a spouse. No graphic emails sent, simply discussion on non topics anything related to an affair. what do I do? I am obviously upset with this as I have never even met this individual nor been in the same state. I have not been on active duty other than my 12 day AT and drills and have questions about this entire ordeal |

is real, then hook-up with base legal and discuss the matter with them; and if it was a prank call, well then, that is up to do whatever! Last edited by SHORTY LONG; 10-01-2007 at 07:13 PM. Reason: Spelling; Sorry! |

| I believe it is a scare tactic from the spouse of the lady in question... An official investigation is called a 15-6. You would be called to set up a time to make a statement of fact by the investigating officer. During this meeting, he would start by reading you your rights. BTDT (all former Recruiters have). Nothing to worry about.
