Invol/Sep

What is the name of your state? NJ
I have 16 yrs TIS, never had any problems until the past 7 months. My commander has taken my entire spotless career, circular filed it, and says I'm a no good soldier. I've been told that this invol/sep process is how they "get rid of recruiters". I've been told to quit/resign or I'll be out of a job. I've been here only a year and during this year (7 months) it took my cdr to recommend invol/sep. I have received no monthly or quarterly counseling at all. However they did give me a good NCOER during this same time period. (go figure). Also, if I was a bad soldier, they sure did renew my contract (during this same time period) for 3 more years. I'm flagged for a Mem of Reprimand. How do I rebutt this? I can't transfer or apply for another position while flagged. I'm just trying to finish four more years to retire. I do plan on hiring an atty to fight the invol/sep but I still have to make sure I have a job. I'm Title 32 but I was active duty for 11 yrs.
