Irr MobilizationWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA I currently live in Australia, I recieved an email saying "Please contact me regarding your mobilization orders dated ## Jan 2009 to ## Feb 2010." I married a New Zealander and have since moved to Australia. I have not physically received any orders. I read this email 2 days ago. I am currently 60 days out from my 8 year commitment. What can I do to avoid these orders? Will the army relocate my wife and Dogs state side? An attorney has assured me that he can get me off for a sum but im thinking if it is assured then can i do it myself? thanks |

| Go to this website and see what your options and entitlements are before you spend money on an attorney unnecessarily. https://www.hrc.army.mil/site/reserve/ |

| You should have seen the link to involuntary mobilization questions on the home page. You should call 1 800 325 4361, HRC St Louis Delay and Exemption Team ASAP and find out what you can submit. |
