Question

~Just a nasty rumor~

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas

I just recently separated from the Navy in January and im in the inactive ready reserve for 3 years. My question is~there is a woman who is in the middle of a nasty divorce and she is getting ready to go to her command and claim that my 9 month old son is her husbands I want to know if the Navy can bring me up on charges and make me get a paternity test on my son without any proof its just hearsay??What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
