With recurring stress fractures, you have a high possibility of being retained in the Army with a P3 under the "L" in your PULHES, and reclassed into an MOS allowing a P3 "L" (provided you serve in an MOS requiring a minimum of 1 or 2 under "L").
If you are discharged, expect a minimum disability rating (0-10%).
