I am being medically discharged after 3yr and 10months I'm married and am wondering if I get home awaiting orders will I be eligible for the marines to pay for me and my wife to move back home any help would be appreciated thanks.

Would you be more clear about "wondering if I get home awaiting orders?"
For you stated you are being "Medically discharged."

If you are being 100% [medically discharged] then, it may well be very possible
to be reimbursed. However, we need a lot more information in order to answer your answer!
