Military Contractor Violations

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL
Please recommend attorney in regard to violations committed toward me by the military and a military contractor I worked for. The contractor is based in the US but I worked for them in Iraq. The violation was committed on a Military base in Iraq. I am having trouble finding an attorney and would like advise as to where to begin. Thank you for your help.
