If a person were to own a private plane, could that person just fly from an uncontrolled airport to another uncontrolled airport in another country, assuming that the pilot makes no flight plan and flies VFR? Or, would authorities, provided the destination country had the resources to detect and intercept the plane in the air or at the destination airport, intercept and destroy, intercept and require identification (and all the information required), or go through some other procedure? Obviously this is dependent on the destination and departing countries, so for simplicity assume two nations with relatively tight security, such as the US and the UK.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I don't know about other countries, but if you try to enter US airspace without an active flight plan (VFR or IFR) you can expect an escort by a kerosene burner with guns.

Well, depends on where you enter from. If you cross the ADIZ you are right you're goin to attract attention. Canada not so much.
However, you're going to be in a heap of trouble for
1. Not filing the flight plan.
2. Not getting the preapproved passenger manifest submitted prior to entering or (DUE TO THE CURRENT POLICE STATE) leaving the country.
