Is it a mistrial? What is the name of your state? CA I recently plead guilty to a summary court martial on advice of counsel I was told that very very few ever come out ahead by tring to fight a urinalysis for THC. The test said I tested positive for THC. Found guilty awaiting the charges to be processesed. Upon reviewing the findings of the summary court martial. I found that the convening authority? or the judge (O-3) found me guilty of using cocaine...? yet the urinalysis report only states THC, no mention is made of marijuana in the findings. Is this grounds for a mistrial or would it be considered a paperwork error? Prior history no page 11's no reprimands many personal awards many letters of accomendation and appreciation 2 good conduct awards Thanks for your time PER ARDUA AD ASTRA gruntO311 |

If so, then your busted as you should be; and unlikely that any mistrial occured!

| You should object or talk to defense counsel about filing objections. It should just be a pen and ink change to the court martial promulgating order. It won't affect the sentence, but that way the record of what happened will be correct. This could be important later.
