My husband is in the gaurd

What is the name of your state? New Jersey. My husband was a part-time army national gaurd solider and he cheated on me and then disappeared when I found out. I mean he totally left me high and dry with two kids and I'm pregnant w/ his baby. Now he's living w/ her and she's pregnant too. Is there anything I can do?? Then he transfered from the army gaurd to the airforce so he would not be shipped out to Iraq. What a coward. Is he allowed to just do all that? He won't even talk to me about getting a devorce, and he didn't even tell the gaurd we got married and he is claiming that he is single on his taxes (his sgt. told me) and now I heard he married her, What do I do?? I'm totally lost.
