National Guard SMP Cadet Drop ROTC- What are the consequences?

What is the name of your state? Connecticut

I originally enlisted into the Connecticut National Guard in December of 2007. I went to Fort Knox, KY for Basic Training and to Fort Rucker, AL for 15P school (Flight Operations) due to colorblindness. I am now a part of the 1109th AVCRAD, which is an extremely nice and well funded unit, with great people, and a more than comfortable work environment. I love my unit, and I would really like to stay with it. Not to mention, my uncle is a colonel in the unit as well.

So in February 2009, I contracted with ROTC at my college (40k a yr), and did ROTC there for only the past Spring semester. I am going to be a second semester sophomore in the fall. I spent all prior years in college (2) at a sister school training with ROTC as well.

Bottom line. ROTC isnt for me. I love the enlisted side of the military and would rather have a set work schedule and adgenda rather than have an administrative position. I was also misinformed to the amount of training i would have to fulfill after comissioning. Furthermore, and most unfortunately, I lack the desire and passion that is needed to drive me to stay ROTC and deal with the bull**** (early mornings, stx lanes, etc.). Im not a down in the dirt kind of guy after basic training, and i love my unit. It is an Aviation Repair Depot.

I would like to know 1. a full list of consequences of an action such as voluntary disenrollment from rotc after accepting the GRFD scholarship. I am an MSII. Since I am National Guard SMP that fulfilled BCT and AIT requirements, would a disenrollment mean that I would still face having to serve active duty as a punishment? Would I have to pay back the sesmsters worth of tuition and stipends? (I can deal with that...) And What else will happen to me as a result of this?

The easy part is that you would have to repay ANY AND ALL ROTC scholarship moneys you received.

Read the information at:

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
