Navy Board of AppealsWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA I had an accident in the Navy. I had brain surgery have screws in my skull and now have epilepsy. I take 500 mlgrms.of meds every day to keep from having seizures. The Navy removed me from temp disability and considered me fit for duty. I appealed with the navy board of corrections. I sent my claim from the Bremerton naval hospital HR dept. in May. I was told in the beginning it would take 6 to 9 months. I call every month and have been told they are still waiting for my records. Any info, advice or experiance? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |

| Norm Saunders @ the HR Dept. Bremerton Naval Hospital, WA Board of Corrections of Naval records, Washington DC I call every month and am told they are waiting on my records. I do not have the persons name I speak with. It's a different person everytime. It may take longer with more disabled vets. Do you or anybody else have any knowledge or experience with the Naval Boards of Corrections? |
