 Navy pregnancy with a twist....What is the name of your state? IL I need help, advice or something to work with. I've been in the Navy for only 7 months since the completion of Boot Camp and am 4 1/2 months pregnant. I've tried to research getting out both online and through my chain of command with nothing. The closest thing I've found is the MILPERSMAN 1910-112, the only thing is that requests will be denied for "personnel with obligated service for schooling or training purposes" which I have an extended 2 years active on top of my 4 already for schooling purposes. Also, my chances of using this are starting to look very slim because I am married to a civilian and the Navy sees him as being able to take care of our unborn child. Please help!?!  |

You could get the big DYUP i know in the Army if you get the big D or are single you can get out simply by not being able to come up with a family care plan! |
