if a married soldier have a no contact order towards a civilian does not make any difference he is about to get a divorce in 1 month? Does the military really records his calls and message towards that person? And what could happen if he or she keep seeing the civilian?

The "married soldier" should post for him or herself.

Let me guess: You're the mistress. Soldier has been ordered to stay away from you as he's still married. You don't think this is fair, as he's to be divorced soon. Now, if the Soldier is telling you that they're recording his calls, he's lying. And if he's lying to you about that, it's because he wants an excuse to stay away from you. Because the Army is not recording his calls or tracking his personal emails.

However, if he really was issued a no-contact order and is caught with you, he will be in trouble.
