What is the name of your state? Japan
Well I am concerned for my best friend. She is Active Duty Military and married but in the midst of a divorce. Her and her husband have been separated for a year. She filed for divorce in April but her lawyer hasn't been a lot of help not to mention her husband is no where to be found now. She is now pregnant by another man. Is there a possiblity that she will be reprimanded for this? If so, what is the worst that could happen?  |

I have a fact question: if she is pregnant, how is this "not quite" adultery?
