OTH and Citizenship

What is the name of your state? MI

About 6 years ago, I received an OTH (I believe it was an OTH, since I got a chapter 10 and it was not an dishonorable nor an honorable discharge).

I'm wondering if OTH Chapter 10 disqualifies you from obtaining citizenship?

Please help, thanks.
