Question

Peligroso27

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
Hey you, how's it going? I have a question for you.
My daughter the (idiot) married the (moron) in May. He promised her everything and she received nothing (goose egg). Well, he's still a deserter. Here's my question. She VERY MUCH knows now that she made a BIG mistake and wants a divorce. He is still hiding at daddys and she doesn't know the address. Unfortunately, she's pregnant with his 2nd child due in May. He told her he WILL NOT grant her a divorce. He calls just to threaten her. Is it possible that she could get a divorce? Should she contact an attorney at the Fort Drum Facility?
HELP
Thanks

She should get in touch with his CO and the DOD and inform them of his desertion. They need to know that he isn't giving her any support.
She should also see a lawyer asap

Now with that being said, the military has an obligation to the spouse of the person.

There is also a procedure that you can go through, (no not an abortion).

Filing By Posting. I had to do this after a driveby wedding, and 5 years of looking for her to have her served.

My attorney posted the divorce petition at the court house, and whala, shabam I was divorced 60 days later and was scott free. (*too bad a married a SEA HAG 3 months later, who took everything and had me put in jail twice, and then married the College Instructor that I paid for her to see and go to college to get her paramedic, hes old enough to be her father, and that is disgusting, oh well, i hope he catches the clap from the prostitute that I paid to have sex with him and I hope he gives it to her).

Okay enough of the rant. When you need legal work like this done, please Do so with a Trained Legal Professional, and remember you do get what you pay for.

If there are any children involved , and also the main thing, if there was any type of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CHARGES involved or he has been imprisioned, which he soon will be if you do the right thing and report the sorry loser, (I have been in for 10 years, faced 3 deployments, and did time in Iraq *not in prison either though it kind of felt like it)

Okay on the DV issue, if there has been documented cases of domestic violence then there are legal aid offices which love to Man Bash, and basically issue things like protective order, child support, garnishment of tax returns, and also can point her in the right direction to get other financial aid, baby formula and even go to college and possibly run off with her college instructor.

So, with all that said, please do not try this at home, I am a very Experienced while NON - LICENSED AND NON CREDENTIALED, AND I DONT EVEN HAVE A BUSINESS CARD OR ANYTHING STATING THAT I WORK FOR AN ATTORNEY. My advice is free, but you get what you pay for, well except for the jokes and me making fun of my ex-wife so dont expect much out of it okay PAL.

Divorce law is not my forte. I agree that a lawyer is needed ASAP. Hope fully it will be resolved soon, if not maybe your son can arrest that d bag after he graduates from the academy.
