how are you? sorry to bother you but i have a quick question. i was seperated by commanding officer on nov 3 2011, i fought the charges and was retained by my adsep board on march 15 2012. i have been at a tad status for almost a year now and found out that PERS has decided to kick me out. my eos is jan of 2013, 4 months away. can i still loss all my benifits and get a bad discharge even if i was found innocient at my ADSEP board?

I suggest you review your situation within these guidelines. It appears your best choice is to consult military council.
