Possible Med Discharge

I'm from Michigan originally. I'm in the air force, stationed in Japan. I have had problems with shin pain/stress fractures that limits my ability to run. I'm on a 2 month profile and the problem doesn't seem to be going away. I'm looking at med board sometime in the future if the problem doesn't correct itself. The problem started in the military. I have 1 year active service.

What are the chances that I will get any kind of compensation/benefits/disability for this problem if they choose to discharge? Do they change if I am married?
