Question

proof?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? nevada
Can text messages exchanged between two military married members(not to each other) be used to prove adultery?The texts delve into private matters,lingerie size,meeting times,dates,proffessions of love to one another.
I do not have any pictures or video proof.Some of the meetings were held during bussiness hours when they should have both been working.Thanks for reading and commenting.

The only person that can determine that are the individuals Commander and First Sergeant. Even if it does not prove adultery it can prove unappropriated relationship which could be a start and possibly a no contact order some other NJP. If you want to press the issue take it to their commander or First Sergeant and see what they say.
