Question

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the law that states that the government is required to buy all supplies needed for soldiers to go to war?

They will supply everything needed for war, If you dont need it they wont supply it.

What exactly are you wanting?

There is no such law, AFAIK. The government doesn't *have* to provide a thing -- though that makes winning kind of hard....
