ReEnlist to get discharged??!!!

What is the name of your state?MN
I am a member of the National guard and have been trying to get out of the army. I completed my initial six year obligation and thought that I would be placed into the IRR. They say that I have to complete an MMRB to get the army mediaclly cleared of responsibility for my condition. (female issues- poss cancer of the cervix) The problem is that they are telling me that I need to re-enlist for an "administartive" enlistment, so that I can go to the MMRB and get paid for it.
My problem is that I don't know why they are having me re-enlist. If I am technically still in the ar,my, I have not completed any paperwork stating that I am not, then why do I have to re-enlist. I can't find any regs that state that this is necessary. I feel like they are trying to get mne back in the Guard, so that they can ship me out.
I recently had a baby and they didn't give me the "pregnancy counseling" that they were supposed to and they say that this is NOT retroactive. I wouldv'e gottemn out then. I am a single mother and have no Family care Plan- which they are aware that I am unable to complete.
I have asked to be discharged due to parental hardship, they have not acknowldeged this!
So because of this medical issue that I have, I was noted undeployable until March of 2006. I am worried that they are trying to keep me in and if I re-enlist, they will ship me out! Is this re-enlistment thing for real?!!
