Regs concerning slander

What is the name of your state? NJ

Can anyone provide any info concerning how to find that army policies/regulations concerning slander?

I have a soldier who seems to have been the victim of slanderous statements that is having negative impact on relationships at work and at home. Not looking for a legal action just wants info on the policy/regs in an effort to make it stop.

Any advice or guidence appreciated.
