What is the name of your state Florida

Hello, I'm in the national guard. I've seen people post AWOL and other things in their respective states. I'm just curious if Florida mimics the ucmj and issues warrants for arrest. Also, if a person was to go AWOL is there a way to turn in gear? Or is a statement if charges issued?

For a good answer drafted by a lawyer familiar with the military and the UCMJ [attributes you won't always find for opinions on-line], go to http://www.servicemembers-lawcenter.org/Law_Review_13165.html.

These and other opinions are available through the Reserve Officers Association website (www.ROA.org). Select "Law Center", then "Law Review Library".
