Residency question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

I am an active duty military member stationed in Texas, but I am a Florida resident. I know that as a military member I can retain my FL residency while I'm stationed in other states, but which address should I use for legal purposes such as my FL drivers license, vehicle registration, voter registration, etc? Can I continue to use my former FL address even if I don't live there anymore? Can I use someone else's address (like my parents or another relative)?

You can retain your Florida residency while using a Texas drivers licence. You may register your car as out of state military at a discounted rate as well.
