Sexual Harrasment Complaint

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA
I'm a SSG in the agr program ( active guard reserve) of the army reserve, In Aug 2009 a reserve duty weekend drill a young pfc. female came to meet me in my office, it was the first time i had ever seen this female soldier, we spoke for aprox. 25 min, she showed me pictures of herself on her camara, and gave me her tel#, outside of my office there were six soldiers sitting, the door to my office was opened while I spoked to this soldier, she then said good bye and left, two hours later I was advised that the soldier had made a sexual herrasment complaint towards myself, two weeks latter the investigation began at no moment did I ever believe I was in any danger because the six soldiers that were sitting outside my office made written sworn statements that indicated there was no such sexual harrasment, today i was called into the commanders office so that he can tell me that his findings were that the preponderance of evidence indicated that it was more brobable then not that the sexual harrasment was commited. And that his recommendations Are 1. letter of reprimand ,2. indivudual eo training, 3. individual conduct of an nco training, and last removal from the agr program
(I loose my job)

Can someone please explain can they punnish me for something that they are not sure happened, this soldier wrote a statment twissting evry thing that we had talked about and made it sound nasty, but there is evidence that she stayed talking to me for 25 min, showed me her pictures, and gave me her tel. # and left my office laughing.

Can someone please help me Im about to loose my job, and 14 years military career.

Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

these happen a lot or more than what you think. i would consult a civilian lawyer who is familiar with military law. I would not seek counsel from a base lawyer. Those guys are either too green or just don't care.
