so my wife is cheating on me in the Army, a lot of issues

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Ok here is the situation in a nutshell, me and the wife where together for about 2 years or so, she ended up joining the Army a year after I got out, and well when she went in, everything was iffy the way the Army is now, in basic she called me like 2 times but I found out from several DS there that they where ALLOWED to have thier cell phones, bottom line she used it the whole time and called all these people from where she used to live. Ok you say no big deal, couple months later when I go to see her graduate, bam, she is good, everything is perfect, she goes to jump school and then from there is when things get rough. She ends up going out to clubs, getting drunk and going to the hotel after parties, anyone knows that has been in, these are like ridiculous after parties, I dont need to go into detail. Bottom line, she ends up sending me pictures of her and another man, not just a normal picture, but there are parts of the person that shouldnt be in the picture, and its obvious what she was doing. Neither here nor there yet, now I know thats MORE than enough evidence to prove she has committed adultry, however I FIND porn of her and someone else on the internet 7 days before she LEFT for the ARmy, so this happened before hand......umm yeah so the cheating was even before she left. Can she get in trouble for what she did before the Army? Also she hasnt been sending me the BAH to pay for OUR house together, which is making things rough. Since she is only an e2 they say all she has to pay is 565 a month, which isnt even half of our mortgage. What am I supposed to do? I called IG and Jag, and they said there is nothing they can do until next month. I did take it out of our account last month but this month I got nothing, all I got was a phone call from her blocking her new cell phone number while in AIT telling me I need to sign seperation papers. I told her I wont do anything, I just want the divorce papers and Im thru.

Question

We feel for you.
Is the house in her name also?
Are there any siblings involved?
What is the internet link to those pics?
