Son discharged DOH Need DD293 info.

What is the name of your state? Florida

My son was 19 and tested positive for drug use after he had been in the Navy for only about a year, he received a DOH about a year and a half ago. It was his first and only offense. He would like to petition for an upgrade of discharge. He received the form
DD293. Does anyone have some advice that would help him receive a favorable outcome?

knowledgeseeker, here are some sites they may be helpful. Also,
if you can afford an Attorney who has been a prior JAG Officer,
and who specializes in discharge Upgrading would be somewhat
to your rate on success!
